Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece you order from Be You Apparel. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy window, from the day you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition received
- Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- With all original tags/packaging
- With proof of purchase
Returns that don't meet these requirements will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at beyou410@gmail.com.Please provide your order number + reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions and the return address.
Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first, they will not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm if it's approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If 15 business days pass and you haven't received your refund, email us at beyou410@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Worn or Washed items
- Accessories (hats, beanies, etc)
- Limited-release drops
- Items purchased during promotional events
- Damaged items caused by the customers
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue. We will take care of it immediately.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
